Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Healing Hands Healthcare Services LLC for your training needs. To confirm your place in a class you must register for that class in advance at least a week prior to the first day of class. To register for any class there is a deposit required of at least half the price of that class (also you can pay the total amount upfront), the remaining balance is due the first day of class. With the exception of CPR/First Aid/AED class, that payment is due in full upon registration. Deposits are non-refundable however they are transferrable, meaning you can reschedule for another class date with that deposit that you have paid. By registering for your class you agree to attend all required class dates and times. If after the start of class you are not able to continue you are allowed to attend the next scheduled class where you left off based on class availability. It is my goal to fully equip you to gain the knowledge that you need during training to make you feel competent to carry out these task. After completion of any class you are encouraged to contact your instructor for any questions or clarification that you may need. Cell Phone policy: Cells phones are allowed in class. I do ask that they are put on silent or vibrate so its not a disruption to the other students and the flow of class. Again I thank you for choosing HHHS LLC.
